1. What InboxDeals is

InboxDeals is a free email newsletter that periodically recommends mobile apps to install and offers rewards for trying them. It is operated by InboxDeals, Telok Blangah Dr, #15-06 Harbour View Towers, Singapore 109258. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscribing

To subscribe you must be at least 18 years old, provide a valid email address that you own, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email — no questions asked.

3. Rewards

Each newsletter issue describes the apps on offer and the reward for trying them, along with any conditions (for example, installing the app or keeping it for a certain period). Rewards are limited to one per person per offer unless stated otherwise, may change or end at any time, and have no cash value unless the offer says so. We may withhold rewards where we reasonably believe an offer is being abused (for example, fake email addresses or automated sign-ups).

4. Third-party apps

The apps we recommend are made and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, behavior, or terms — installing and using them is between you and the app's developer. Review an app's own terms and privacy policy before using it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use InboxDeals in a way that breaks the law, abuses offers, or interferes with the service — including subscribing with email addresses you don't own or using bots or scripts to claim rewards.

6. Disclaimer

InboxDeals is provided "as is". We work hard to pick good apps and honor rewards, but we don't guarantee the newsletter will always be available, error-free, or that any particular offer will remain open.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the newsletter or the apps it recommends. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to receive the newsletter after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
